Free Tai Chi Classes Starting Oct. 23

Tai chi is a low impact exercise form that promotes strength, flexibility and balance. And it looks cool. 

Free introductory classes, taught by a volunteer member instructor, begin Oct. 23 at 9:30 am. You are encouraged to bring a partner or friend, particularly nonmembers.
